This 2-Ingredient Frozen Fruit Smoothie is a refreshing and healthy treat perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. Made with just frozen fruit and coconut water, it’s simple and delicious.

Ingredients

Frozen Fruit Smoothie:

  • 9 ounces frozen mixed fruit (strawberries, peaches, pineapple, and mango)
  • 8 ounces coconut water

Garnish (optional):

  • 1 blackberry
  • 1 strawberry

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Pour coconut water into a Vitamix blender. Add frozen fruit. Slowly turn the blender to Variable 10, then to High 10. Blend for 45 seconds.

  3. Pour smoothie into glass; garnish with strawberry and blackberry if desired.
