Ingredients

For the Beet Juice:

  • 2 medium beets, scrubbed
  • 1 green apple

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • ¾ cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Juice the Beets and Green Apples: Juice the beets and green apples, including peels, in an electric juicer.
  2. Blend Ingredients: Combine apple-beet juice, avocado, pineapple, banana, and ice in a high-speed blender; blend until smooth.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less pineapple or banana.
  • Feel free to add a splash of citrus juice for extra zing.
