  • 4 Bagels, halved

Tomato Sauce

  • 250 g Passata
  • 1 tsp Garlic granules
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 250 g Grated mozzarella
  • Additional toppings of your choice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bagels: Halve the bagels horizontally and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet to form the base for your pizza bagels.
  2. Make the Tomato Sauce: In a bowl, combine the passata, garlic granules, dried oregano, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly to blend the flavors evenly.
  3. Spread the Sauce: Evenly spread the prepared tomato sauce over each bagel half, ensuring a generous layer over the surface.
  4. Add Cheese: Sprinkle the grated mozzarella evenly on top of the sauce for a rich, cheesy topping.
  5. Add Additional Toppings (Optional): Customize your pizza bagels by adding your chosen toppings such as sliced peppers, olives, or pepperoni at this stage.
