A refreshing and aromatic twist on the classic gin and tonic, enhanced with zesty lemon cordial and fragrant rosemary, perfect for a quick and elegant cocktail.

Ingredients

Drink Ingredients

  • 1 shot (30 ml) of your favourite and best gin
  • 40 ml Roses Lemon Cordial
  • Tonic water, to top up
  • Ice, as needed
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, for garnish
  • 1 slice of lemon, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add Ice: Fill a glass generously with ice to keep the drink refreshingly chilled.
  2. Pour Gin: Measure and pour 1 shot (30 ml) of your favourite gin over the ice to form the cocktail base.
  3. Add Lemon Cordial: Pour 40 ml of Roses Lemon Cordial into the glass to add a sweet and tangy citrus flavor.
  4. Top with Tonic Water: Slowly top up the glass with tonic water to your desired level, adding more ice if needed to keep it cool.
  5. Garnish: Finish by adding a fresh sprig of rosemary and a slice of lemon for an aromatic and visually appealing touch.
