This tropical guava smoothie is a refreshing, dairy-free drink perfect for summer. It combines ripe guava, pineapple, strawberries, and light coconut milk to create a creamy and fruity smoothie that’s easy to make and packed with flavor.

  • 4 guavas, about 125g, seeds removed
  • 2/3 cup chopped pineapple, about 200g
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, about 80g
  • 3/4 cup light coconut milk, from a can
  • 1/8 teaspoon xanthan gum, optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Remove the seeds from the guavas and chop them if needed to ease blending. Measure out the pineapple and frozen strawberries as specified.
  2. Blend the Smoothie: Place the guavas, chopped pineapple, frozen strawberries, light coconut milk, and xanthan gum (if using) into a blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve: Pour the blended smoothie evenly into two glasses. Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
