A refreshing and vibrant Mango Watermelon Kiwi Popsicle recipe that combines the natural sweetness of mango, juiciness of watermelon, and tangy flavor of kiwi, perfect for a healthy summer treat.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1/2 cup watermelon, chopped roughly
  • 1/2 cup mangoes, chopped roughly
  • 1 kiwi fruit

Instructions

  1. Blend Watermelon: First, take the chopped watermelon in a mixer jar and blend it well to make a smooth juice, then set it aside.
  2. Prepare Kiwi: Trim the edges of the kiwi fruit, peel the skin carefully, then slice the kiwi into thin pieces.
  3. Puree Mango: Place the chopped mangoes in the mixer jar and puree them until smooth.
  4. Puree Kiwi: Now take the kiwi slices in the mixer jar and puree them until smooth. All three fruit purees are now ready.
  5. Layer Mango Puree: Pour mango puree until it fills 1/4 of each popsicle mold, cover the molds with foil, and freeze for 1 hour.
  6. Layer Watermelon Juice: Once the mango layer is firm to the touch, add the watermelon juice layer on top, cover again with foil, and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  7. Add Kiwi Puree: Finally, pour the kiwi puree as the last layer over the watermelon layer.
  8. Freeze Fully: Cover the molds with foil again and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours until completely set.
  9. Remove and Serve: To unmold, dip the bottom part of the popsicle molds in running tap water for a few seconds, then carefully remove the popsicles and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ripe and fresh fruits for the best flavor and sweetness.
  • Wrapping the mold with foil between each layer helps keep the layers separate and neat.
  • Freezing times are approximate; ensure each layer is completely firm before adding the next.
  • If you don’t have foil, plastic wrap tightly sealed can also work to cover the molds.
  • For a smoother popsicle, strain the purees to remove fibers or seeds before layering if desired.
