These Oreo No-Bake Cheesecake Cups are an incredibly easy and delicious summer dessert made with just five simple ingredients. Creamy, sweet, and packed with crushed Oreos, they require no baking and come together in about 20 minutes. Perfect for quick entertaining or a fun treat everyone will love!

Ingredients

Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Cool Whip or whipped topping

Crust and Topping

  • 24-26 Oreo cookies, crushed (more as desired)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreo cookies in a sealed plastic bag. Using a rolling pin or a sturdy wooden spoon, crush them into small pieces. Spoon about 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of the crushed Oreos into the bottom of each of 6 small dessert dishes (3/4 to 1 cup size). Set aside.
  2. Prepare the cheesecake filling: In a mixing bowl, use a hand or standing mixer to whip the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and continue beating to combine fully.
  3. Fold in whipped topping and Oreos: Gently fold in the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated. Then fold in the remaining crushed Oreos to distribute evenly.
  4. Assemble the cups: Divide the cheesecake filling evenly among the prepared dessert dishes, layering it over the crushed Oreos. Gently press down the filling onto the crust to compact slightly.
  5. Chill: Place the assembled cups in the refrigerator and chill for about 1 hour, or until set and ready to serve.
  6. Serve: Just before serving, top with additional whipped cream and more crushed Oreos for garnish. Enjoy your no-bake Oreo cheesecake cups!
