This easy Oreo Pie recipe is perfect for a no-bake dessert that’s creamy, rich, and packed with cookies and cream flavor. Featuring a crunchy Oreo crust and a luscious cream cheese and whipped cream filling studded with chopped Oreos, it’s a showstopping treat that takes minimal effort and time. Ideal for Oreo lovers looking for a delicious dessert to impress without the oven.

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 24 Oreos (275g)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted (56g)

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (240mL)
  • 1 (8-ounce / 226g) block cream cheese, room temperature
  • ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar (90g)
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 20 Oreos, chopped (230g), plus more for garnish
  • Whipped cream, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Lightly spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. Process the 24 Oreos in a food processor until finely ground (about 30-45 seconds). Transfer crumbs to a medium bowl, then stir in melted butter until well combined. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the pie pan using the bottom of a flat glass or measuring cup. Freeze the crust for at least 30 minutes or up to 3 days while you prepare the filling.
  2. Make the Whipped Cream: In a large bowl, use a handheld electric mixer to beat the heavy whipping cream on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, approximately 2 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In another large bowl, beat the room temperature cream cheese on medium-high speed until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add the confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract, then beat again until fully incorporated and smooth, about 1 minute.
  4. Combine Filling: Gently fold the whipped cream and chopped Oreos into the cream cheese mixture until evenly combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
  5. Assemble the Pie: Spoon the filling evenly into the frozen Oreo crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Loosely cover the pie and refrigerate it for at least 6 hours or up to 2 days to allow it to set properly.
  6. Serve: When ready to serve, top the pie with additional whipped cream and garnish with extra chopped Oreos for an elegant finishing touch.

Notes

  • To press the crust evenly, use a flat-bottomed glass or measuring cup and apply firm, gentle pressure to avoid holes in the crust.
  • Optional toppings include sprinkles for festive occasions, chocolate curls, mini chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, or drizzles of hot fudge sauce or chocolate ganache.
  • If you don’t have a food processor, crush Oreos by placing them in a zip-top bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin until finely crumbled.
