Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Place the extra virgin olive oil, mayonnaise, chosen mustard, maple syrup or honey, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper into a jar with a lid or a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix or Shake: If using a jar, seal it tightly and shake vigorously until all ingredients are blended into a smooth, creamy, and homogenous dressing. Alternatively, if using a bowl, whisk thoroughly to combine all ingredients evenly.
  3. Store: Transfer the dressing to a sealed container if not already in one and refrigerate. Keep chilled for up to 4 weeks to maintain freshness and flavor.
