This velvety, frothy coffee drink is enhanced with unsweetened almond or coconut milk, making it a delicious seasonal treat perfect for anyone craving a comforting autumn-inspired beverage.

Ingredients

Liquid Ingredients

  • 8-12 ounces strong, brewed coffee (Purity Coffee Dark Roast recommended)
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond or coconut milk

Fats

  • 1-1 1/2 Tbsp. ghee or unsalted butter (preferably grass-fed) or coconut oil

Spices and Flavorings

  • ⅛ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ⅛ tsp. ground cinnamon (or more to taste)

Additional

  • 2 tsp. organic pumpkin puree (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Brew 8 to 12 ounces of strong coffee using your preferred method. Measure out the ghee or butter (or coconut oil), pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, pumpkin puree if using, and unsweetened almond or coconut milk.
  2. Blend: Place the brewed coffee, ghee or butter, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, pumpkin puree, and almond or coconut milk all into a blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture is frothy and well combined, usually about 20 to 30 seconds.
  3. Serve and Garnish: Pour the frothy Pumpkin Spice Butter Coffee into your favorite mug. Optionally, sprinkle with a little extra ground cinnamon on top for added aroma and flavor.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon to your taste preferences for more or less spice.
  • Using grass-fed unsalted butter or ghee adds a rich, buttery flavor and healthy fats.
  • The pumpkin puree is optional but adds natural sweetness and a seasonal touch.
  • Unsweetened almond or coconut milk keeps the drink dairy-light; substitute with your favorite milk alternative as desired.
  • Ensure the coffee is freshly brewed and hot before blending for the best frothy result.
