  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Pit and quarter the 4 large overripe plums to roughly 530 grams for easier blending and optimal flavor extraction.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Place the quartered plums, lime juice from half a lime, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 2 cups of filtered water into a high-powered blender.
  3. Blend: Blend all ingredients on high speed until thoroughly combined into a smooth juice.
  4. Strain Juice: Pour the blended mixture through a kitchen ultra-fine nylon mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large bowl or container to remove skin pieces and excess pulp, leaving a smooth juice.
