S’ mores Bites are delightful mini treats featuring buttery graham cracker cups filled with melted Hershey’s milk chocolate and topped with gooey toasted marshmallows. Made with just five simple ingredients, these bite-sized desserts come together in only 18 minutes, offering the perfect easy-to-make indulgence that captures the nostalgic flavors of classic s’mores.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted

Filling & Topping

  • 2 (1.55 ounces each) Hershey’s milk chocolate bars, broken into rectangles
  • 12 large marshmallows, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Muffin Tin: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Make Graham Cracker Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. Add the melted butter and mix with a fork until the crumbs fully absorb the butter and the mixture becomes crumbly yet holds together.
  3. Form Mini Cups: Divide the graham cracker crumb mixture evenly among the 24 mini muffin cups. Press gently to line the bottom and sides, forming shallow cups.
  4. Bake the Crusts: Bake the crust-lined muffin tin for 4-5 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. While baking, break the Hershey’s chocolate bars into small rectangles and cut the marshmallows in half.
  5. Add Chocolate and Marshmallows: Remove the muffin tin from the oven. Place one rectangle of chocolate inside each graham cracker crust, then top each with half a marshmallow, cut side down.
  6. Final Bake: Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until marshmallows soften and begin to darken. For browned, toasted tops, switch your oven to broil and broil the bites for 1-2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
  7. Cool and Serve: Allow the s’mores bites to cool for 10-20 minutes before carefully removing them from the muffin tin using a knife. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days. Refrigeration can soften the crust and harden the chocolate.
  • Freezing s’mores bites is not recommended as it can negatively affect texture and taste.
