A refreshing and fruity White Sangria combining dry white wine, peach nectar, fresh fruit slices, and a splash of triple sec. Perfectly chilled and garnished with frozen grapes for a cool, vibrant summer drink that serves eight.

Ingredients

Liquids

  • 2 (750-mL) bottles dry white wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc recommended)
  • 4 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups triple sec
  • 1 (11.5-ounce) can peach nectar juice

Fruits

  • 2 large peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 2 small lemons, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup halved green grapes, frozen

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients: In a large pitcher, pour the dry white wine, orange juice, triple sec, and peach nectar juice. Stir well to blend all the liquids together.
  2. Add fresh fruit: Gently stir in the sliced peaches and thinly sliced lemons, allowing the fruit flavors to infuse the sangria.
  3. Chill the sangria: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 to 4 hours. This chilling time helps the flavors marry and cool the drink thoroughly.
  4. Prepare to serve: Just before serving, stir the sangria and add the halved frozen green grapes to keep the drink chilled longer without dilution.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Pour the sangria into glasses, making sure to include some fruit slices and frozen grapes in each serving for a refreshing presentation.

Notes

  • For best results, use a dry white wine like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc.
  • Frozen grapes act as natural ice cubes that won’t water down the sangria.
  • The sangria can be prepared the night before and chilled for more enhanced flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding a splash of simple syrup if desired.
  • Serve immediately after adding frozen grapes to maintain their chill and texture.
