A refreshing and vibrant Blueberry Mojito Mocktail combining the sweet and tangy flavors of fresh blueberries, zesty lime, and aromatic mint, perfect for a non-alcoholic, invigorating drink that’s easy to prepare in just minutes.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 15 fresh blueberries (or frozen blueberries, plus more for serving)
  • 7-10 fresh mint leaves (plus more for serving)
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice (maple syrup, granulated sugar, or cane sugar)
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • About 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Muddle Base Ingredients: Add the blueberries, mint leaves, sweetener, and lime juice to the bottom of your serving glass. Use a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon to gently crush and mix these ingredients, releasing their flavors and aromas.
  2. Add Ice and Sparkling Water: Fill the glass with ice cubes, add extra fresh blueberries if desired, and pour sparkling water or club soda over the mixture to fill the glass.
  3. Garnish and Serve: Decorate the drink with additional blueberries, lime slices, and fresh mint leaves. Stir gently and enjoy immediately while it’s fresh and bubbly.

Notes

  • You can use frozen blueberries if fresh are not available; just adjust muddling gently to avoid crushing frozen chunks.
  • Adjust sweetness according to taste by varying the amount or type of sweetener.
  • For a stronger lime flavor, squeeze more lime juice before muddling.
  • Serve immediately for the best fizz and freshness.
