This Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Ramen is an easy and delicious 20-minute recipe combining tender seared chicken breasts with rich, garlicky parmesan sauce tossed with cheesy ramen noodles. Perfect for a comforting weeknight meal, it balances creamy textures with flavorful spices and fresh parsley for garnish.

Ingredients

Ramen

  • 2 packs OTOKI Cheddar & Mascarpone Cheesy Ramen

Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts (butterflied)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Sauce & Garnish

  • 2 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: Season both sides of the butterflied chicken breasts evenly with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to build flavor.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sear for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and slice into strips.
  3. Cook the ramen noodles: Boil noodles according to package instructions, about 2 minutes, until just tender. Drain, reserving about ¼ cup of the cooking water for later use.
  4. Build the sauce: In the same pan used for chicken, melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
  5. Combine ingredients: Pour in the heavy cream, then add the seasoning packets from the ramen and stir until smoothly combined.
  6. Toss noodles with sauce: Add the drained noodles back to the pan along with a splash of the reserved cooking water. Toss everything together until the sauce becomes glossy and coats the noodles evenly.
  7. Finish and serve: Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Top the creamy noodles with sliced chicken and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Butterflying the chicken breasts ensures even cooking and quicker cook time.
  • Reserving the ramen cooking water helps loosen the sauce and intensify flavor.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best melt and flavor.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste, adding more salt or pepper as needed.
  • Optional parsley garnish adds freshness and color.
