This Detox Green Smoothie is a refreshing and nutrient-packed beverage designed to cleanse and energize your body. Ingredients

Liquid Base

  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk, or coconut water, or plain water

Fruits & Vegetables

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple cubes

Additional Flavorings & Supplements

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, lime juice, or organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried turmeric
  • 1/3 teaspoon dried ginger
  • 1 tablespoon melted extra virgin coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients to Blender: Pour your choice of liquid (almond or coconut milk, coconut water, or plain water) into the blender, then add fresh spinach, banana, pineapple cubes, lemon juice (or lime juice or apple cider vinegar), dried turmeric, and dried ginger.
  2. Blend the Smoothie: Blend the mixture using the frozen drink mode or on high setting until everything is well combined and smooth. After initial blending, continue blending on high for continuous smooth consistency.
  3. Add Coconut Oil: Open the small cap on the blender lid and slowly pour in the melted extra virgin coconut oil, if using, then blend for a couple more seconds to incorporate it fully.
  4. Adjust and Serve: Taste your smoothie and adjust the ingredients to your liking if necessary. Pour into glasses and drink immediately for maximum freshness and nutrient benefits.

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen pineapple based on availability; frozen will make the smoothie chilled and thicker.
