Ingredients

Chocolate Peanut Butter

  • 1 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 2 Tablespoons chocolate chips

Almond Joy

  • 1 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup natural almond butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1-2 Tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut

Cinnamon Raisin Cookie

  • 1 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 2 Tablespoons raisins
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Tahini Chocolate Chip

  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup tahini
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 2 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Chocolate Peanut Butter: Place oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, and chocolate chips in a large bowl and stir to combine. Use your hands to knead the dough near the end to help it come together as it may feel thick initially. Use a small cookie scoop to form balls. Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
  2. Almond Joy: Combine oats, almond butter, honey, protein powder, and shredded coconut in a large bowl. Stir until well mixed, using your hands to knead if needed. Scoop and form into balls with a cookie scoop. Store refrigerated or frozen in a covered container.
  3. Cinnamon Raisin Cookie: Mix oats, cashew butter, honey, protein powder, raisins, and cinnamon in a large bowl. The mixture may be crumbly at first but kneading with your hands will help it bind. Form into balls using a cookie scoop. Store covered in fridge or freezer.
  4. Tahini Chocolate Chip: Place oats, tahini, honey, protein powder, and mini chocolate chips in a large bowl and stir until well combined. Use hands to knead if necessary. Form dough into balls using a cookie scoop. Keep refrigerated or frozen in a sealed container.

Notes

  • Use any protein powder of your choice; plant-based or whey works well.
  • Store balls in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
  • For a sweeter option, increase honey or maple syrup slightly.
  • These protein balls are perfect as pre/post-workout snacks or healthy midday treats.
  • Feel free to customize add-ins such as nuts, seeds, or dried fruit.
